Payment Policy

We accept cash, checks with two current forms of identification, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.

Boarding Rules and Regulations

All dogs:

  • Must be current on DHPPC-BORD-RABIES
  • Bordetella is required every 6 months

All cats:

  • Must be current on FVRCP-RABIES
  • For kenneling prices please contact our office 909.987.4788

All vaccine records from other hospitals must be in the name of the correct pet. For example, vaccine records cannot be under "Fluffy" and the cat at Baseline for boarding is "Gizmo", then owner say the cat's name changed.

One day of boarding is from 12 midnight to the next night at midnight, so a dog that comes in on Friday, regardless of time-in, and goes home on Monday, regardless of time-out, is 4 days of boarding. Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday = 4 days. Every day the pet is here we clean and care for them and it's considered one day.

Owners when dropping off, need to fill out a Boarding Agreement and also sign an estimate.

A half deposit is required from new clients at the time of drop off.

Vaccine Policy

All animals admitted to the hospital for surgeries and hospitalization must be current on vaccines.

Cats must be current on FVRCP and RABIES vaccines.

Dogs must be current on DHPPC, BORDETELLA and RABIES vaccines.
